Sridhar is the CEO and Co-Founder of Octave Holdings & Investments. Under his leadership, Octave has created in-house centres of excellence in real estate investment strategies, property leasing and management, and most recently, maintenance and construction services. Sridhar thrives in taking complex investments and building trust with transparency, communication, and approachability.

Sridhar has owned and operated real estate investment firms since 2007 and has returned millions of dollars to his investors through current distributions and capital appreciation. His passion for real estate began when he was charged to recreate the energy consumption model for the Empire State Building — in the process of evolving its energy model to the 21st century, he experienced the dynamics of value creation in real estate firsthand.

Prior to Octave, Sridhar spent over two and a half decades as a strategic business advisor to several companies spanning real estate, energy, and information technology sectors. His prior engagements include Johnson Controls, Wipro Eco Energy, MasTec Advanced Technologies, and Orpine.

Sridhar holds an MBA from Keller School of Management and a Certification in Real Estate Enterprise Management from Harvard University. An avid automobile enthusiast, he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, and enjoying a fine Scotch.

Zia Rahman is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder and Chairman of multiple companies spanning technology, consulting, private equity, and real estate.

Under his leadership, Cirrus Labs has grown into a global technology organization with offices across the United States, Latin America, Canada, the Middle East, and India, generating over $80 million in annual revenue. A seasoned entrepreneur, Zia has a proven track record of launching and scaling successful startups as well as revitalizing distressed companies. Cirrus Labs has been recognized multiple times on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America.

Zia serves as Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of OCTAVE Holdings and Investments, a private equity and strategic investment firm based in Alpharetta, Georgia. The firm manages $1.35 billion in assets across 15 states, where Zia provides strategic leadership, technology advisory, and mergers and acquisitions expertise. Under his leadership, OCTAVE has expanded internationally with offices in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Toronto, Canada. He has recently launched an AI and Deep Tech incubator fund designed to support early-stage companies.

Zia holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from India. He serves on the Advisory Board of the U.S.-India Policy Institute in Washington, D.C. and is actively involved in nonprofit initiatives supporting women and children affected by domestic violence. He also mentors youth in his local community.

Zia resides in Milton, Georgia, with his wife and three children.

Bradley T. Barnett is a seasoned real estate developer, builder, and entrepreneur with more than four decades of experience across residential, multifamily, and commercial development.

Since 1982, Bradley has been involved in the full development lifecycle, from land acquisition, valuation, and due diligence through entitlements, financing, planning, infrastructure development, vertical construction, and project delivery. His extensive experience combines hands-on development expertise with a strong background in finance, negotiation, strategic deal structuring, and collaboration with municipalities and regulatory agencies.

Throughout his career, Bradley has led and participated in the development of residential communities, multifamily projects, and commercial and retail properties, bringing a practical and disciplined approach to identifying opportunities and moving complex projects from concept to completion.

As Managing Partner of Octave TalMar Development, Bradley provides strategic leadership across the company’s development platform, with a focus on creating well-planned communities, building strong partnerships, and delivering long-term value for investors, residents, and the communities in which Octave TalMar operates.

Bradley is also an experienced commercial pilot, a discipline that complements his leadership style through preparation, precision, sound decision-making, and operational focus.
